Coach Brandon Epperson
Founder, Co-owner, Head Coach
Coach Brandon brings over 10 years of coaching experience to our baseball program. Since the founding of Avalanche Baseball Academy (formally Social Avalanche) in 2020, he has transformed the program into a competitive force, known for its disciplined play, strong fundamentals, and player development. Growing from this, he has started an indoor training facility and now an extremely successful beginning to a large baseball organization all while assistant coaching for Monroe Area High School's varsity baseball team.
Coach Brandon transitioned into coaching shortly after graduation, starting as a rec league coach for his children where he fostered his love for the game and grew his coaching resume. Having coached the high school level and many different age groups within the travel baseball world, Coach Brandon has guided teams to multiple championships and continued growth within each individual player and team.
Coach Brandon is passionate about using the game of baseball to teach life lessons, instill discipline, and prepare young men for success beyond the diamond.
Coach Adam Fambrough

With a strong passion for the game and commitment to player development, Coach Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the coaching staff. With years of playing experience, Coach Adam focuses on building player fundamentals, improving technique, and fostering a positive team culture.
As a coach, Coach Adam emphasizes hard work, discipline, and team work. He aims to help players reach their full potential both on and off the field. His approach combines individualized training with a focus on mental toughness and resilience.
Before joining Avalanche, Coach Adam served as coach at Canes Southeast and various other organizations. His players have seen success at all levels. Coach Adam believes that the key to success lies not only in technical skill but in building character, confidence, and a strong sense of teamwork. With a nurturing approach, he focuses on developing the whole player - mentally, emotionally, and athletically.

Coach Eli Jackson

Coach Eli brings loads of passion to the ballfield! Eli is currently a senior at Monroe Area High School where he excels as a hitter and in the pitching rotation on the varsity baseball team and stands out as a natural leader. Known for a passion for player development, leadership, and strategic thinking, Coach Eli has helped guide teammates and younger players to better themselves within the sport. Leading naturally, Eli is stepping into the coaching world with enthusiasm and drive to help teach kids more than just the fundamentals of the sport as he also instills with them the love of the game. Under Coach Eli's leadership, players and teams excel to the peak of their ability. Off the field, Coach Eli emphasizes character, discipline, and academic achievement among players.
